Cada um dos volumes tem no fim seu indice dos assumptos contidos por ordem alphabética, e no ultimo o indice geral de todos os septe. Note-se que todas as determinações concernentes ao exercito, mandadas adoptar pelo Marechal general W. C. It is only the first volume of 7 volumes. The compilation of the Orders of the day cover the military campaigns from 1809 to 1814, and also in the year 1815; were printed between 1811-1820. The monogram at the title page is J. J. A., who seems to be the name of Joaquim José Annaya who served at the Headquarters of the Army, and was incharged of this compilation. Each volume has at the end an index of subjects in alphabetical order, and all determinations concerning the army, sent by Marshal General W. C. Beresford, commander in chief of the Portuguese Army.
